Zak's Speed Shop offers a very simple layaway program:

• Cash payments made at our shop voids our $2.00 fee per transaction. 
• Credit/Debit card payments requires an additional $2.00 transaction fee on top of monthly payment. 
• Choice of 3, 6 or 12 month layaway.
• Refunds or cancellations will only be granted under 30 days of origination date of your layaway plan.  (Less transaction fees and a 5% cancellation fee.)
• If the Buyer places a special order item on layaway and the item is no longer available, a FULL refund will be issued.
